These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and balislot ("balislot", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the balislot online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://balislot.cam (the "Platform").

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must stake before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on balislot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. balislot strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or similar restriction imposed by balislot or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, nor using the Platform in a professional capacity for the purpose of generating systematic income.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

Each eligible User may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including through the use of aliases, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Any misrepresentation of identity, age, or contact details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any held balance.

balislot operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You will be required to submit documentary evidence including, but not limited to:

• A clear colour copy of your Malaysian national identity card (MyKAD) — front and back — or an equivalent government-issued photo ID;
• A recent selfie photograph taken for identity confirmation purposes;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where reasonably required by balislot's compliance procedures.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. balislot will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or email.

balislot accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking (FPX/DuitNow): Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating FPX member banks
• Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB — credited at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit confirmation

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified under a promotional offer. balislot does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

balislot reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• The User's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed;
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any Bonus Funds in the Account must have been met;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable per-transaction and daily withdrawal limits;
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries or active investigations.

Processing timeframes are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are targeted for completion within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or other participating banks are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may take 10 to 60 minutes depending on prevailing network conditions.

balislot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated. Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds, without any real-money wager placed, may not be eligible for withdrawal at balislot's discretion.

balislot offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general provisions of this clause.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible User, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• balislot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to completion of any in-progress wagering requirements;
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid for the specified game(s) and expiry period stated in the offer terms;
• Winnings from bonus funds that are withdrawn prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement will be voided and removed from the Account balance.

All games and betting markets available on balislot are provided for entertainment purposes. The outcome of casino games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited for fairness. Sports betting odds are set and updated by balislot's trading team in real time.

By placing a bet or initiating a game session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except as expressly permitted under specific sportsbook rules for individual markets;
• In the event of a technical error or software malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, balislot reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount;
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings;
• balislot reserves the right to place maximum bet limits on individual markets, games, or accounts at its discretion.

For sports betting, all markets are governed by balislot's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and Sportsbook Rules for a specific market, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail for that market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the balislot Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one (1) Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users, particularly in live poker or live dealer games;
• Exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus abuse");
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing a third party to use your Account or using another person's Account.

All content on the balislot Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and the overall design and layout — is the proprietary intellectual property of balislot or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, balislot, its directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions or downtime of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server issues, third-party network failures, or force majeure events;
• Financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes, sports betting results, or investment-like expectations derived from gambling activity;
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or your disclosure of login information to a third party.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While balislot makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted, accurate, and fair operation of all Services, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

balislot is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the amount you fund your Account within a given period;
• Loss Limits: You may set thresholds on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined timeframe;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications can be configured to alert you after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer);

balislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or requirement of law enforcement authorities;
• Risk management considerations at balislot's discretion.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be subject to forfeiture at balislot's discretion, particularly where the breach involves bonus abuse, fraud, or the use of prohibited software.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account after meeting withdrawal eligibility requirements will be refunded via your registered payment method.

balislot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, balislot will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the balislot Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory.

balislot's decision on all complaints shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable legal rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
